Cancellation & Refund Policy

Upon order confirmation, a 1-hour cancellation window is available, during which you can cancel your order right from your account dashboard. 

In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the amount minus the non-refundable 1.95% payment gateway charges(with 18% GST)  and 1% Shopify charges will be refunded to you within 1–3 working days after the cancellation request. As refunds are credited via Payment Gateway you had paid to, in some circumstances, it might take up to 7 working days. 

Once the cancellation window is closed, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Why is 3.3% being deducted on cancellation?

These are charges levied on us by Shopify and the payment gateway (Razorpay, etc.) for each transaction that is processed through them. These charges are not refunded to us upon cancellation of an order.  So, we sincerely hope you, our valued customer, can understand that this 3.3% cannot be refunded upon cancellation of the order.

How will I get refund for the canceled orders, and how long will this process take?

We will process the refund within 1–3 working days after receiving the cancellation request.

The refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours. In some cases, It may take 2–3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

In addition, we also provide the hassle-free option of refunds through Antling coupons, which can be used for future purchases.

What if I used discount vouchers for payment and I have to cancel my order?

Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.
