Exchange & Return Policy

Exchange/Replacement requests are accepted only if the products have issues in terms of damages or manufacturing defects. 

The items you are returning must be unwashed, and unused with original tags attached. 

The replacement request has to be raised within 24 hours from the date of delivery. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Replacement requests will not be accepted once the 24 hour window has passed. 

Exchange/replacement shipping will be processed only after the original item passes the quality check (unused & unwashed) with the product tags intact. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

We would mandatorily require an unboxing video to consider the replacement request. 

Antling can only accept back whole items. Please note that sets, multipacks, combos etc. are considered one and cannot be partially returned.


How do I initiate a return/replacement request?

How do I track my returns?

Antling provides a ‘Return Status Tracking’ page to the customer from their account dashboard, for each submitted return.
